This iPersonalyze Membership is for the integration of personalized products into an existing Shopify store and includes the custom development work, monthly support services, product creation and client training for new product creation in our Custom Product Platform.
Statement of Work (SOW) for this Membership includes the following services. terms and conditions.
INTEGRATION SETUP
$1250 for Integration and responsive mobile, tablet, desktop device testing.
MONTHLY CHARGES
Standard Charges are 2.9% + 30 cents a transaction of each month's net sales ( this does not include shipping or taxes) with a monthly minimum charge of $99.
TIMELINE:
10 business days. This timeline assumes that the client will give the iPersonalyze team timely access to the store and send information to support@ipersonalyze.com about the client's products .
DESIGNER INTEGRATION
The iPersonalyze team will integrate our online designer and order management system into Store's theme. The online designer will enable client to sell POD personalized products that customers can use to design what they want. Our online designer includes live dynamic imaging so customers can see
visually what they have designed and then approve their artwork before ordering. Responsive design testing is included to make certain customers can use the designer on phones, tablets or desktops.
PRODUCTS
The iPersonalyze Team will create up to 25 personalized product and associated templates per THE client's requirements. At anytime, the client can add unlimited products to their store including standard print on-demand, pre- designed personalizable and blank product personalization.
DROPSHIPPING: TSUNAMI PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED
This iPersonalyze Membership includes a free Premium membership (normally $19 per month) to the iPersonalyze Tsunami Shopify app for dropshipping products.r personalization.
PRODUCT TRAINING & ADVICE
Membership also includes FREE access to the KornitX Academy Online Training Platform for courses in new product creation so the store owner can create and manage personalized products. This will enable the client or anyone in their graphics department to easily create and manage their personalized
products in our systems Custom Product Platform.
SUPPORT, TRAINING & ADVICE ON BEST PRACTICES
One on one operational training and advice as needed by the client during and after
development. This includes all aspects of operating the store, shipping profiles, payments,
downloading production graphics, domain names, user permissions and payment setup.
SHOPIFY APP CONSULATION, REVIEW, INSTALLATION
Upon a request for additional for a Shopify store apps. the iPersonalyze team will review Shopify App
store offerings and advise on the best app to meet the store owner's needs. We will also install the app
and make certain it does not affect the store's shopping cart and that it functions properly.
8) ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The iPersonalyze team upon request will be glad to quote the client for any additional
personalized product creation, coding or special development work as needed. All additional services
of these type will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $100 per hour.
9) FRIENDLY HUMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT
24 hour, 7 days a week email support with guaranteed 95% resolution in 24 hours or less on issues
submitted to the iPersonalyze team on the support@ipersonalyze.com email. The iPersonalyze Team
takes great pride in providing superb customer service.
CANCELLATION
This membership can be cancelled at any time by the client.
MARKETING NOT INCLUDED, BUT WE WILL HELP:
iPersonalyze is not responsible for marketing of this website or its products. The iPersonalyze Team wants you to be successful. We are happy to advise on what we have learned from other merchants, and will install any marketing apps from Shopify as requested and make certain the code does not affect the store operations.
